Will I receive an order confirmation via email?

We will send you an email to the email address you provide during checkout with the message confirming your order within 24 hours of placement.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept credit card payments from Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You can also use Amazon Payments or your PayPal account.

Do you charge sales tax?

Pictureta only charges sales tax on orders shipped to a Californian address.

When will I be charged for my order?

All payments are processed at the time your order is placed.

Is my order secure?

Does Pictureta offer promotions and special offers?

We do offer promotions and special offers throughout the year. We encourage you to join our email list at the bottom of the site for exclusive updates!

How should I hang my Pictureta posters?

There are multiple ways you can hang Pictureta’s posters on the wall. You can frame it, use poster tape like “Hangman Poster & Craft Tape”, attach it with fun-tak putty like “Loctite Fun-Tak Mounting” or use poster hangers like “Poster Hangers by Jorgen Moller”.

Shipping & Processing

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

All orders are shipped 5-10 business days after the order is placed. Custom orders may take longer depending on the time it takes to finalized custom design with customer. Read our full Shipping & Returns Policy.

What shipping options are available?

Pictureta uses USPS and FedEx to ship most items. When placing an order, you will be given a choice to choose which shipping option you wish for us to use to send your order.

Express shipping is also available on many items. If you would like your order express-shipped, and the product you have ordered qualifies for express shipping, this option will be available during checkout. Please contact our Customer Service department at hello@pictureta.com if you have any questions.

What is your return and refund policy?

All standard orders can be returned or exchanged 14-days after the order is received. Please contact hello@pictureta.com to confirm your return. The artwork must be undamaged when returned to receive full value on return, less shipping cost. Custom pieces are non-refundable. Read our full Shipping & Returns Policy.

What is the status of my order?

We will notify you when your order it shipped via email and provide you with real-time tracking.

Can I see a proof of my custom order before it is printed?

Yes. Upon receipt of your order, our design specialists will work on your custom design and within 3-5 business days email .jpg proof. Once the proof is approved we send the designs to production. Your order will ship within 5-10 business days after proof confirmation. All custom artwork is non-refundable once production is confirmed.

How can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so for a full refund within 24 hours after placing your order. Please contact us at hello@picutreta.com with your order number and brief description why you wish to cancel your order.

International Orders

Can my order be shipped internationally?

Yes, most of our products can be shipped internationally. Currently we ship only to North America, Europe and Australia. Shipping charges will automatically calculate during the checkout process, and our Customer Service Team is also happy to assist you with any questions.

How will I know how much my order will cost?

When an order is placed for shipment outside the 48 contiguous states, we will contact you via e-mail if the actual shipping fee is different than what is quoted at checkout. If you receive such notice, your approval is required before the order is processed.

How much duty and taxes are charged on international orders?

Any applicable duties or taxes imposed by the international destination country will be billed directly to the recipient. Pictureta does not collect money on anyone's behalf for taxes or duties.

How can I track my international order?
