At Pictureta we aim to provide you with unique, high quality goods and excellent customer service. We want your experience with Pictureta to be awesome from beginning to end. Please let us know if there's something we can do to serve you better.
MADE TO ORDER
Because we make our products upon order, items typically leave our building within 5-10 business days, Monday through Friday, except holidays. If you opt to pay for quicker shipping, the ship time would be from the date the order leaves our building. We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed or undeliverable packages. If a package is undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier.
Please provide a valid FedEx shipment address for delivery. FedEx does not deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
All orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx. You may select your desired shipping method during checkout. We ship all of our orders to arrive within 2-3 weeks.
For an additional charge we can ship most orders within 1 week. Rush Delivery must be approved prior to submission of order. Please contact us at email@example.com.
International orders will be shipped via USPS First Class International and are insured for the price of the product, allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Please note that we cannot, under any circumstances, offer any refunds or replacements for international orders that are lost, unclaimed or undeliverable.
International customers will be responsible for paying any customs fees or duties. Pictureta will not be held responsible for these international custom charges. Refunds will not be honored due to delivery refusal.
Pictureta wants to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns on most non-personalized products within 14 days of receiving the product. We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed or undeliverable packages. If a package is undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier.
RETURNS OF PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
If you are unhappy with your purchase of any physical product for any reason, you may return the items postmarked within 14 days of receiving the product for a refund, less the shipping charges. The items must be undamaged and in re-sellable condition. Authorization for all returns must be obtained prior to replacement by emailing Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your original order number and brief reason for the return. We will notify you via email when we receive the product back and process your return. We cannot accept item returns without prior authorization from Customer Service.
Due to the custom nature of personalized items, we are unable to accept any returns of personalized items.
If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
Please note: If your order is returned, refused, or cancelled during processing, shipping costs are not refundable.
RETURNS OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All sales are final if you purchased digital products in PDF and JPG formats. There will not be refunds or exchanges once a digital item is purchased. If you are experiencing issues with the downloadable file, please contact us at email@example.com
DAMAGED + LOST ORDERS
We securely pack our products, however, on the rare occasion, product may be damaged in shipping. If you receive a damaged item please email us a clear picture of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org together with the description of the damage and order number within 5 days of receiving the product and we'll have a replacement sent ASAP.
We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed or undeliverable packages.

We accept Visa, Discover, MasterCard and American Express through Shopify. Payments can also be made with PayPal and Amazon.
